Being a incharge of all work I hv got well experience for execution, administration, relationship with clients and department as well as civil administration. From bottom to finish it was very good experience to develop the skill.

Dislikes

Site was very risky with steep mountain with fracture rock and number of casualty for men and machine due to natural climate. No more of communication and first add facilities. Project delaying due to negligence of department.

It was very exiting and encourageous work to accept the challenges at every step. I had fully enjoy the job with my dedication.
