The lack of structured training at the beginning made it a bit overwhelming for someone without prior experience, as I had to navigate much of the learning process independently. Additionally, the internship was unpaid, which could be a limitation for some individuals. Combined with the fast-paced environment and the need to juggle multiply responsibilities with limited guidance, these factors made the experience demanding at times. Maybe when implementing changes they don't give you time to add what's new and you want an entire team to start implementing it from one day to the next without making mistakes.

Working at Gao Tek has been really rewarding. The company culture is very adaptable, supportive and collaborative. I have learned a lot from my mentors. The company has a very positive work environment. I have learned new skills.

It’s an unpaid internship and there are lack of opportunities for career growth within the company. Other then that I had a great experience with Gao Tek.

What I find unfavorable about GAO Tek is their policy of offering unpaid internship. Furthermore, even if intern demonstrate strong performance , there is no commitment to retain them upon completion.
