Only thing is that you can be in touch with directors of company on regular basis. You can get promotion if you're doing well.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like in Ganpati Mega Builders India Pvt Ltd. In starting they were providing salary in account, but after some time they started paying in cash. Even after paying in cash, there is no security of salary. Generally salary is given after 4-5 months, That too after strike.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
