Over all there is always a new thing to learn .

Dislikes

Multitasking is the worst part of it at the time of joining they'll say you have to do only sale but once you step in it you'll find yourself fooled and in same pay.

At the time of joining i was CCA but till the time i left the company i was cca cum backoffice cum officeboy cum technician etc etc etc.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
