I worked for only five months in GEW , but I understood how employees will be treated by their superiors....they don't need educated people,they only require Hard working people (Say instead Labour)..I understood their requirement and I came out of that company....

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
