Worked as management trainee for 4 months , as a fresh mechanical engineer the in hand salary was 15000 which was good compared to other private Ltd companies , the work load however was very high. Saturday is supposed to be a half day but the company makes you work almost the whole day citing extra work. There’s also extreme surveillance of employees for some reason ie cameras and voice recorders everywhere(there are voice recorders in the toilet!). You also can’t attend phone calls while you are in office phones have to be switched off when you enter the office. It feels like a prison overall....Read More
