HR department is the worst. Lies to candidates about everything. You can't trust them. Only greedy owners running this company. The protocol sucks, you feel like you are in jail. 12 hour working per day, six day working, no overtime. You can't step out to breathe. Strict 30-minute lunch breaks and you have to explain to owner if youare late. You can't use personal phone during working hours. Office does not have any windows to prevent employees from looking out. CCTV camera's and hidden devices monitor what employees speak and do. HR forces you to sign illegal documents such as three-year bond and non-compete agreement. No one stays in this company for more than 3 months. No use of work experience in this company. They have lots of tradition preconceived notions about women. HR polices not employee friendly at all. They are two-faced, don't trust them. All positive reviews on glassdoor and Ambition Box are fake reviews by company HR. If you join you are trapped and have to suffer the toxic work culture.
