Good co-workers, compensation, workspace.

Dislikes

Multiple Camera with Mike's in every room except Directors Cabins, you're being stalked all the time. All employees are in constant fear that any day would be their last day. Hiring and Firing. Employees are refrained to speak with co-workers. No Healthcare Policy for employees. Transport only for factory employees at Bhiwandi. HR is the only department that grows all the time. More than 20 HR employees for a 100 cr. Company managing around 400 employees. Huge Attrition Rate....Read More

Work Details

Mad fox as a head who only know how to look good. The moment the head opens mouth you get fair idea about the background and the class. The Head of sales been a Receptionist in same company at one point of time 15 years back but with no skill set as Head.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
