Start from home culture and good support team to support you while you are on field. However that experience totally depends on your inside sales team.

Dislikes

No proper culture, employees are treated as prisoners or bigboss contestants, no trust on employees. Rules can be changed or twisted whenever required. All rules and system are only in favor of company. Will never recommend a company like this to anyone. If you are stuck and have got no work, you can join here, but keep it as a last option.

nothing like for project and service engineers ., they work like a , travel with too much heavy tool no use for engineer they are technicians tool. company Name is excellent their is some management very bad . need to filter and rectify the issue of engineer , the only one reason of left the job here internal management .
