I am working here for the last 4 years. I joined as a Game Developer, then learned developing game servers, different technologies like firebase, then Appengine, then Kubernetes. You will see they are always eager to adopt latest and best technologies, even if they require changing everything.

No Work-life balance, Company always demotivate you and forcefully decrease you salary. Compare you with your 2-2.5 year old seniors .No job security. Worst management.

Really great experience, I joined as fresher. Seniors really know how to get everything done. In my experience I have learned a lot things, almost every week we get a new challenge, and we solve them. Really recommend if you want yo excel in your career.

Some recent employees were really bad. They miscommunicated a lot with management, did wrong calculations for salaries, lost documents, sometimes even forged documents, said really bad things about other employees. Fortunately management got to know this and gave warning, but that didn't stop it, so they fired the culprit. I believe these bad reviews are done by that person as they are all in the same time period when that person was fired. This is the most worst company I have ever seen. When you will join the company they will give you full respect once you will complete some time over here, they will be start creating issues for you. They will demoralize you regarding your work. And they will make you that much frustrated that you will plan to leave the company. Andstory doesn't end here once you will leave the company they will say "Are usko to humne nikala hai" And they will keep bitching regarding you either you already had left the company. At onboarding HR will give you false promises but reality is totally different seniors are not at all supportive infact they are very dominating and worst part CEO also support these so called supportive seniors.Moreever he compares a fresher with people of 1 year experience.This does not end here he also dominates you on your personal life which he is not supposed to.
