Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

Some recent employees were really bad. They miscommunicated a lot with management, did wrong calculations for salaries, lost documents, sometimes even forged documents, said really bad things about other employees. Fortunately management got to know this and gave warning, but that didn't stop it, so they fired the culprit. I believe these bad reviews are done by that person as they are all in the same time period when that person was fired. Just trust the process and keep everything communicated on email then you wont find any single negative thing in Gamix Labs....Read More
