Company is good. There was a south indian culture before so that south indians who leave their mother country wont have to worry about language , food and even about work. Now a days the culture got changed to North indian styles and hence the overall outcome turns to northern cultures.

It is a large Company and you get to learn a lot. But you always have to be in the good books of your boss to get recognized even if you do good work. Otherwise its a nice company to work for. Good work-life balance. You will love to stay in Muscat. Its a nice place to live in and the Omani people are very nice people.

I worked in a support unit. Growth in support unit is limited. They do not give due importance to the staff working in Support units.

I worked in the IT department which is a support unit. I worked in the development of many applications and also learned new technologies. Galfar used to arrange training on new technology.
