I'm keen to found a platform to share my experience of working abroad here in Muscat Oman. Galfar Engineering and contracting Saog is a well reputed firm over here, I like company's policies such as re-hire and safety ensuring environment . Higher management introduce these policies to got appreciation and to maintain healthy environment. But due to lack of hard work of staff and to implementation of these policies gets wrong effect on the organisation's image. Staff who specially deals with lower level work force they haven't motivation skills just working with coercion strategy....Read More

Part of management who deals with workers on sites and in plant unit just threats workers and use only coercion strategy they haven't enough motivation skills , somewhere they promotes their relatives at good places Managerial staff in transportation unit doesn't rotate workforce into different sites and locations for example some drivers working in nearby plant staff's supervision and gets decent incentives on the other side some of talented and experienced working under coercion strategy. Some of site supervisors gets money or wine (stop barberry policy is just in hordings) to write good incentives on time cards. Free food's quality is just like to serve for animals not for human beings and noone is here to control the subcontractor.So it's a joint mixture of good n bad experience....Read More
