There are many training programs in the company like safety training, quality, skills development etc. I got to learn a lot from all these training programs.

There is lotoff nepotism and management is not transparent in the company, there is a lot off discrimination. Policies have been made in the company but they are not implemented honestly, whenever any salary increment, bonus, or anything is given in the company, then there is lot off discrimination, due to which the morale of the honesty and hard work decrease.

Before galfar I had work experience in the consultancy where an employee is an expert in the same work, but after coming to galfar I got a chance to do multipurpose work which I did well.
