Good company for growing. Very nice company to work with. Everyone from seniors to Regional Head, boss treats very well to their employer. Huge incentive on each and every projects. I've worked in Kolkata office there is no work politics. It feels like home to work. Low work pressure. Everyday is a new day there to learn new things.

From the very beginning, my Regional Head has been more of a mentor than a boss. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
