Management staff is supportive. Most of the initiatives and functions arrange by HR team and admin staff. HR team is also good and supporting.

Dislikes

They do not provide night shift allowances, extra shift allowances to the staff who works at client location. There is so much toxicity happens with Engineers who works at client location but office staff have no idea about it.

I hate the Company Policy. Environment: All directors in the company are CEO relatives/Friends and those peoples are handling all 4 BU and they are not technically strong. Joining Formalities: =To get company offer letter you will have to submit all your Original education mark-sheet or certificates. =Those original certificates will be returned after completion of 3 month from the date of joining. Attendance Policy: =Office time is 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM and below is the detailed shift description. =09:00 AM to 09:10 AM you can punch any time. =09:10 AM to 09:30 AM your Attendance will be marked as Absent. =09:30 AM to 11:00 AM Half Day =After 11:00 AM Full Day Absent =There is no visibility to track your Monthly Attendance online. =Your PF number will not be printed in your Payslip. Leave Policy: =Suppose you have joined company in January 2019 and completed probation period after 3/6/9 months and got confirmation from company on letter head stating your employment with Galaxy is confirmed then also your Notice period will get extend. (Your early leave will be credited in December only hence till December if you want leave then your your Salary will get auto deducted) = Yearly only 6 Festival leaves are available =Two Saturday in month and Every Sunday is Off. =For company reason if you required to visit office in thoseb 2 saturday on which you have off then you will not get comp-off. Certification: Company will force you to completed Minimum 2 certification quarterly so that you can leave organisation and if you want to leave within year then you have to pay complete amount of certification. Appraisal: =5% to 15% is the ratio but within 3 months from the day of appraisal you cannot resign from the company and if you resign then you will have to pay complete appraisal amount to the company. What I like the most in this organisation is that the learning is given the utmost priority and all the employees are encouraged to do certifications and learn new things, even if the certification or course is not related to the job you're doing. Secondly the leadership team is always there to support you.
