There has no such disliking as company & team continuously giving effort to make work environment more flexible. I believe monday to Friday working days gives much more productive work

My seniors give me the confidence to do critical jobs by myself with out thinking what will be the outcome & Most of the times I completed my assigned jobs which increases my confidence.

Pays less than Market standard. No work life balance as sote engineer have to go to sites on weekend and holiday too and no any compensation leave for that.

About the working style and support of higher management not supervisor or reporting manager as Supervisor and reporting manager have some ego issues not all are same but few peoples are matching.

Ego of manager and supervisor for without any reason and promoting the buttering people to the next steps

There is Nothing Like in GCPL Jhanjra Area. As the top management is totally depends on some ridiculous people whose technical knowledge is basically Zero. The persons who really wants to be successful dont go Gainwell even they offer high salary.

Very Bad Work culture No Spare Managememt No Training Given Simply it is very bad experience.

Situalted in WEst bengal & growing organization in terms of business

With growin business , employee friendly policies should also be developed which is missing. Example Earn Leave is capped at a max of 90 days. (15 days / year)
