poor work-life balance, excessive workload, strict management, lack of recognition for production staff, inconsistent salary hikes, limited career progression opportunities, and a sometimes negative work culture where higher management might not always be supportive of lower-level employees.

Good things for new comers is they get helpful administration and skillfull culture here & definitely good aprasail outcomes here

Working culture is providing headache now a days everyday new policies are implimanting over employes ,you will never going to feel an experienced employees here & definitely too much work pressure
