Good company for skill development only. Don’t expect money & designation growth here. Good facilities provided by company. Transport, food, culture activities etc.

Everyday your working KRA activities increased as you doing good in company and who's not doing anything they are also same for management. Basically working good is not enough for your growth. You should do more or move on.
