They treat employees as animals in the operations department. No proper leave no motivation etc... The sad part is BTech/BE engineers are doing cable pulling job which is so pathetic. This is only in Oman and I heard other countries are far better. All because of the horrible management.

Company is good but the management is horrible kanjoos. They don't even consider any humanitarian consideration to their staffs including technicians. So it's suggested not advisable working in Operations department in G4S Oman.

Sunday we dont need to work. Salary gets credited online. Every couple of months we meet new staff colleagues bcoz old ones leave.

3 words to describe the culture - Pressure, pressure and pressure. No trainings, no recognition and no support. Unrealistic expectations and threatning language. Salary issues and conveyance not paid on time.

Work Life Balance: Every Individual has got family, few team members will make their subordinates life hell, pressurize, give so much of stress, they will be made to rethink of continuing to work with the organization and resigns. Please change the structure after working hours every individual has to be given is personnel space to look after his family, health and others.
