The company is facilitating work from home and social distancing at office with 25% attendence.Masks and sanitizers are provided by the company and temperature of the staff is taken on entry and exit.Overall a great organization to work with and best part is no salary cut.

No job security, bad culture within the organisation. HO people less sensitive. Full of incompetent people in management who do not work themselves but put the pressure and failure on others. Basically the whole company believes in blame game particularly the facility div. Is worst.
