It's a long list on how pathetic this organization is. To start with: 1. Leadership, specially CXO of India is a dictator, sadest and egoistic person. 2. They do not spend on upgrading technology. They are using ancient technology. 3. They fire, chuck out employee seasonally and humiliate you to a level that you can even quit your job. This whole propaganda is to cut cost so that they can earn year end bonus. 4. They have a punchin-out system with a mandate of 8hours inside office premise which excludes office cafeteria time. 5. They have a strict time policy. If you come late by even a second, get ready to donate half day leave. But, on staying late, stretching late hours gives you no benefit. 6. Work culture is pathetic and environment is negative. 7. If you miss marking attendance on portal in advance. Your salary will be deducted and if you do not want that, take approval from India head. He's a control freak. 8. There are no employee benefits. Even during covid times, we were asked to come to office after the first lock down. 9. No work from home policy under any circumatances. 10. If you want WFH, you can apply leave amd work. 11. They are not ashamed on cutting salaries of employee. 12. There attrition rate of indirect staff (security guards come under direct staff) is above 30% I can write a book on dislikes. I will not recommend this place to my friends. Sunday we dont need to work. Salary gets credited online. Every couple of months we meet new staff colleagues bcoz old ones leave.

3 words to describe the culture - Pressure, pressure and pressure. No trainings, no recognition and no support. Unrealistic expectations and threatning language. Salary issues and conveyance not paid on time.
