Well established system for all. Hierarchy is maintained some times old staff does not like new comers who are joining heigher scale than olders. Rest all is good and day by say increasing systems under the Sh. Bharat Agarwal, CHRO and senior management. Directors are ground to earth. They involves and ask subordinates for the development of the organisation.

too much interference by departments at CO - matter no resolute even after seamless follow up by site. no training/ induction program for new comer, tough to taught & realize the surroundings for new comer (B&B) - Manager (B&B) face lot of difficulties for that. may say that the intension to trap or delay in releasing the payment ofvendors or employee under the guidance of advance & integrated system. .......
