It was a pleasure working with GR Infra Project. It is a very good road construction company. The best thing is that the salary is received before the 10th.

Too much politics, promotion dependent on buttering,and favouriteism, company management and co HR try to improve site employee facility but site HR worst , thay only trited only some staff like manage and above.

Every management is very good and 15 Aug & 26 Jan. functional award is given to an employee after 5 years, 10 years and 15 years.

The only thing I did not like is that any employee is sent on long leave after completion of work.

Working days are from Monday to Friday means 5 days with 15 minutes relaxation in reporting time. Because too much staff, work load is less.
