One & only good thing is that the HR department is supportive but it may vary from site to site.

Dislikes

Extream work pressure beyond the limits, Zero leave, worst food, horrible accommodation & Zero tolerance. You will feel like slaved labour. Human resources are assets to company, but they not even know ABC of Human resources. Politics is on extreme level. Site is a dummy coz every power & decision is hold by corporate office of company.

If you are passionate to your work then this company is not for you. While watching your performance they continuously adding work burden on you. And leave you with no option. DPM level officers are horrible. They know nothing except to screw staff.
