Owners are approachable to employees at CO, whereas at site it depends. Owners quickly looses their temper. Sometimes they behave nice, sometime they behave illogical. Great place to sharpen your skills. But cannot learn new things.

Dislikes

Employee have to develop by himself. No job security. 5/10 years Employees can be fired anytime citing irrelevant/old skills. Poor hiring planning for site. Employee hired for job and next month sent to long leave-without-pay.
