They deduct whole day salary, if the time period circle is not complete,even if uh not able to complete 1 min working hours, ur whole day salary deducted. TIME PERIOD CIRCLE- it's a circle where ur whole working hour's mention, basically it's 5 hr period circle which is u hve to complete through calling, but issue is take a 6 to 7 hrs to complete of 5 hr circle.

I liked it very much, there is good income by working in footwork, it is said that one has to work from 9am to 9pm, there is a good opportunity at this footwork.

Dislikes

Data issue is there, if payment is made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are holiday, hence money is cleared on Monday. I did not like this.

There's Nothimg To like it , It was My biggest Mistake I join this Organization, I advice to all You Dont Work Here , They wont give Your Salary,totally Uneducated Mangers and TL And Even HR is not taking cares Of Employee, they dont cares , They will tell you ll give salry in Futwork Wallet 18k and im not received my salray but my teammate only received 12k , also wont give PF, ESIC, EPF, , tehy ducted all amount TDS ona 18 K LOL ☺...Read More

They wont train for you for CRM, AMEYO, Leads, Product and hoe to take excellent calls , THey only need 5 hrs TT and Sales only , In a early moring taking meeting shouting on Employee, in the end of day 10;30 pm they also take meeting also in this only shouting Employees only . Especially the Guy who's Name is Amarjeet mangers they totally Enduacted , even they dont know about crm, ameyo , sales , he only pokes to employees especially for girls , whenever we try to connect HR , they are also Irresponsible they wont pickup calls ,In a Offer Letter they Mentioned the rules but day by day they will chages the rules, very Toxic workculyures here , i advice to you , didn't Join , here, dont waste your Valuable Time....Read More

Futwork me kisi bhi reason ko apko kabhi bhi nikal diya jata hai or phir apko koi or job nhi diya jata hai. Futwork me apki koi bhi Projects me job permanently nhi hoti hai. Futwork me se apko kabhi bhi nikal dete hai bina koi reason diye.
