even after working for more than 5years and doing overtime they did not raise my salary for 4years now they did raised my salary but it was not enough and in the lockdown peroid i used to work for 12hours and i even got typhoid because of stress and doing over time i almost died in that dieseas but my company did not even look at me and i am still working in that company because i have pay my bills and want to feed my family i dont have problem doing overtime but the thing that bother me the most is that they dont pay me enough i hope that they will take a action towards this thing ( galaxy cloud kitchen)...Read More

Company gives you good holiday leaves and it also understand your situation and provides work from home accordingly.

Dislikes

Need to do same work every year. No promotion, instead of promotion they will hire new candidate. Don't provide any bonus. You have to ask for it. Internal HR are not at all supportive they never receive your call never reply your text messages, not even revert on mail. And when you drop an email for it, then you get a call from them. After resignation you have to inform internal HR team 4-5 times to provide you your resignation letter and experience letter. Lot of politics by the managers in Head office Mumbai and problems are not addressed properly .Salary paid is less and no pf esic is provided . Career will be spoilt if you join Futurz and fake dreams will be shown to you. During pandemic they deducted salary with huge work pressureand indirectly they will do politics so that you will have to quit. They will make you feel bad and insult you in team concall pan India basis for the work you do there . Believe me take a note this company is operating as sole proprietorship company only it's Pvt LTD company to make fool to employees working there.
