Respone time which i had not got till now from3 days 2.their working condition which is not mentioned at offer letter 3.employee who dont cares atleast 4.senior department who don't bother about employees 5. Uncultured environment 6.first ever consultancy which i hate totally and will not recommend anyone for the same

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
