Due to less place to seat. Working in shift timings helps to getting out of office.. by saying can't extend for overtime as no space to seat. Otherwise this company make people work in office and work from as well for double than office hours without pay.

Dislikes

Overtime without pay, bad VFX manager, and Head. Long work hours, no pipeline.

The company has very good work culture and healthy environment. Compared to other companies in vfx field, Futureworks is a healthy place to work at.

Dislikes

Salary/appraisal has not happened for the past two years. There is no job security. I dont find many people growing their career inside company.
