Friendly atmosphere.Recruiters allowed to handle clients by themselves, so this helps to coordinate with clients easily & schedule interviews of the shortlisted candidates, get feedback etc.

Dislikes

When recruiters find it difficult to close a position due to clients unprofessional ways then the management doesn't involve into it & leaves it to the recruiters to face it by themselves.Only recruiters who are working for a longtime with them are given preference & they are assigned positions with higher CTC.
