- The company provides ample Medical, Life and Accident Insurance to the employees to safeguard themselves from the tourture that will endure during the tenure with the FPI.

- Company started in UAE as a piping business and later their activities are totally into Money Laundering, pushing funds into foreign countries to influence the elections etc; - Stone Age Softwares. 24x7 you'll experience slowness. You can sit on top of the servers, yet you might find the reponse time as unbelivable. - Poor IT infrastructure. Citrix, Forticlient kills your precious Job time. It is always 13 hrs+ a day. Plus your breaks and travel time, I leave it to your imagination. - Management who are reluctant to invest in IT and ERP. Infact the company has an IT head and director who takes unplanned leave at crucial moments of the business. This guy is always at some place pretending as in meeting. - Salary and Growth is not dependent on your performance. It is dependent on the political parties success at the elections and other new global High Networth money launders. The more money laundering they do in Middle East, they secure better contracts. - Workplace in India is a mere dummy as per the global office. No independence, innovation, all the time the Indian staff has to be ready as a punch bag. - Non-working unethical laggards will be carefully and keenly selected as Directors, CIOs and as a CFO. - If you have too much Ego, Strength and blind will, then this is the place to work....Read More
