its a long list. not a company of ethics, all managers are like "Damadji" of the COO. And they will hang out, party in the name of work. People have become managers on the basis of likings by COO, they will screw up your talent with their rude, unkind and inhuman behaviour. HR is useless and is busy in making money especially a senior lady. she cant speak properly and doesn't know anything about the process. Another person is a puppet of management and one more person in Admin, who is extremely poor in management skills. He and his HR team are crazy people. COO is really bad as he is unprofessional and abuse people publicly for not attending parties, if you are someone who is professional, please don't join here. Only people with loose character are here, Dictatorship is there. Long working hours with no family life. Good people will not be able to sustain here, Kudos to a lady in HR, who was strong as well as polite. I believe she is no more associated with FMI.
