Gossip, which even your manager loves to do (even if you aren't interested) 1st 6 month is enjoyable as you're in that learning phase but most importantly you are unaware of the toxicity rising within the team. Work on weekends/holidays either for sales support task or to deliver a project (obviously we can do any task with a Godspeed, Even if that need us to sacrifice our beloved weekend) Skill Development!!! Biggest scam. If your ego clashes with your manager, they'll make sure to give u the work with the least skill utilization. Fun to learn, till you can actually learn. Job security- again!!! The worst, managers will do their best to save their a**es and their chamchas by taking away credits for important task, making sure you or your talent are never highlighted in front of the forum. So when they want you out, only thing would be - you did not meet your target, or there were no efforts at your end. Clean chit.
