No Corporate Politics , Transparent environment , Approachable Top Management , company values reflect on work culture.

Entire industry was affected due to pandemic and FLFL was also part of that but still they manage to look after their employees despite of the group was immense pressure of cash flow due to lockdown over and above debt... that is the only period when we all suffered but no grievance as we are still in batter position as compared to other organization of same industry.

Co operative Team mates , ample opportunity to learn more , no issue on salary . Work environment is excellent . You can bring in new ideas and workable ideas and it will be tested and accepted .

Dislikes

As of now due to manpower down sizing in view of merger of two Cos , there is feeling of job insecurity .But still the co is accomodating a few of them by internal transfers wherever feasible .

It is a challenging environment with many variables coming in often , keeps people on the toes and creative ideas pop up due to this . Overall a good experience

Nothing was good there. If we look at the company, the company was very tax type, so they used to deduct money from every person, they did not give money, these people were on top of that.Even if you ask for your salary, this number is blocked or the check itself gives a mistake due to which the employee is not able to get the money.May God save the people working in such a place and those who have worked, there will be no tablets for this, they are just number one losers boss ....Read More

Just that I don't have any other opportunity..Coz honestly it is the worst place to work.

Its the only corporate place to ruin our career and there is no job security for the people who is working here. They just lay off the employees without a proper notice and compensation. The only company who doesn't provide salary but expects people to come to the office everyday.
