In this company your promotion and salary increment depends upon how close you are to your boss.No proper training, No innovation no work life balance No job security currently 50% employees are going to sacked. Work pressure is very high.

The company culture is really good and the overall atmosphere is also warm and supportive. Just what a new joinee would like. One should definitely work in Future Group. I never had any bad experiences while at the job.

Dislikes

Career growth may not happen as you would expect, salary increment is average, traveling to other states was curbed and so this hampers the exposure, Appraisal is also average.
