Got some good colleagues. Office is in one of the prime locations of the city

Dislikes

Terrible infrastructure, Non-supporting management including HR, Higher management are like dictators.Not ready to accept any suggestions from employees. Do not even use single high-end technologies. Most of the technologies we get to work are mostly deprecated or legacy ones. Not even a single learning opportunity

Future group was a one if leading retail company during my tenure with them. Currently culture might have change as leadership team also changed . We got a superb work atmosphere with mentoring bosses around

Dislikes

Variable amount in salary use to like carrots. Plus vendor payment use be delayed

Work Details

It was hectic but used to love the risk and rewarding culture.. Got immense learning

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
