The company atmosphere and work environment is good .Seniors talking way is very good he is always helpfull for any work . Job security is good not a any pressure. I feel good to be a part of processcentric team....

Dislikes

Company rule regulation is good .but compensations is not that great and overall growth is very slow .Not given any training not a promotion chance.innovative ideas and suggestions dampened easily appraisal is on average not a growing chance...not given any pramotional training.
