Good overall office environment good learning environment.Lack of worklife balance as there is unnecessarry shift strech every now and then.Middle management is biased with people who lives on back polishing and flattering . Compensation policy is not competitive with competitor companies.

Dislikes

Long duty hours less work life balance.Career growth limited if you dont have a good connection with higher management.Weekly offs cancelled without any proper reason even for reason which is not connected with your job role.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
