for new employee starting 1 year is good for learning point view,high quality product and continuous improvement. job security also good.

the work pressure is very high, sometime i have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day, internal politics is very dirty, due to unplanned shift schedule employee suffering health problem (any time they are changing shift hours from 8 hrs to 12 hrs and 12 hrs to 8 hrs), no traveling facilities especially in night shift even local buses also not available for up & down,
