the work pressure is very high, sometime i have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day, internal politics is very dirty, due to unplanned shift schedule employee suffering health problem (any time they are changing shift hours from 8 hrs to 12 hrs and 12 hrs to 8 hrs), no traveling facilities especially in night shift even local buses also not available for up & down,

It's been 5 years since I joined future consumer and work culture is great. In addition to that we get one month's basic pay as yearly bonus. I got complete family medical insurance. Sap training also provided for career growth.
