Beware from this company this toxic place to work , you will end up with nothing after leaving the organisation no one listen you all they want is business ( Dhandha ) from the day one. There are some point I want to share • No growth at all even you worked 5 year they don't give what you deserve • 0 learning , you will not going to learn anything in company expect - " Are we getting any expected today " in every hour manager will ask you this , even in night so after you join the company you have to say bye to your personal life. • The manager treat you like slave's they won't give you respect in term of personal as well as professional life • Politics is there they only listen to managers even if you discuss your problem with director of sales he will not listen to you • there are less executive working in the ground Level under multiple regional heads for example the total number of executive is 5 the regional head is 5 and the assistant manager would be around 5 so you can imagine the kind of pressure you have to face because all the regional head's work is just to abuse you 4 time a day • 0 support from HR they don't even know what is going on in the organisation. • when you want to leave they introduce new policy • Manager will not support you they will just sit in the office with little or no information/ Support just tell you to call some other person • For freshers it's hell once you join the company your future will be in dark you will not be able to get a job after working in Furlenco • the only good this about this company is whoever is working in Bengaluru will be in advantage...Read More
