Working at FullThrottle Labs has brought to me a unique perspective of running a company. Working closely with the top level management ensures that everything is transparent and clear. The work culture is pretty lenient although the work can be quite demanding at times. So if you are not the self-motivated, enthusiastic kind you might not fit in well. Everyone here has a learning attitude and they try to explore and experiment rather than following the standards. A lot of decision making is left to the employees themselves which help in personal and professional growth. The amenities provided in the workspace is top notch. It's quite difficult to pinpoint anything negative. The work can get hectic and you might be expected to go beyond your limits to deliver it. But then it's natural for a startup to have this.

My work involves developing and implementing the architecture required for projects and products. I also collaborate with the designers and developers to ensure a great end to end experience.

FullThrottle has the most friendly management. The company always keeps you in the loop to discuss and celebrate each progress and milestones achieved. People around always encourage you to learn new things. In addition to all this there is Free Food, Weekly Outings, Great Salary and High Appraisals. One of the best startups to work with.
