Its a good company things are very streamline.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

As worked an as an HR but there is no one who cares about the frontline end staff whether its sales or HR. As per supervisor feedback they are making an assumption about the employee. HR state mannager was not doing any thing just working like a doll as business team is saying. This is not a n overall feedback for all but what i see in my area and from my reporting manager (state HR manager)
