If there is a holiday on one day then he makes them work on the next day in lieu of that.Every night he has to sit in office without any work till 9 pm. Worst work culture, work life balance 0

No any Infrastructure provided. Even after joining no any Laptop/Desktop Provided. Only Targate Oriented Company. Credit Oriented Company Only Credit Persons are Surviving here. RCM is Arrogant and Selfish they are not have given Cheque handover approvals on time. Customer satisfaction zero.
