As a company FICCl is best place to work , but while saying this it has also cons being they have some hierarchy who use their position influence & don’t let people to grow . Neither they grow nor they allow other person to grow . While I have faced this too while I have applied for IJP too . But I don’t have complaint since I also become like that and that was the time I thought to move out .

Dislikes

Favouring someone , don’t check who put right effort & recognise them . Since there was Job security one not questioning anyone . All are securing their place since decades 🧐 in same level , place , role 😐

Work Details

It was really good and baring few instances no complaints .
