Management are not doing well and Harassment time of leaving after resignation. To much of Politics are happening. Very bag MD - Rao & VP - Rajesh Gandhi

Are are not encouraging employees. Very high level of politics. Management are harassing the employee. Management taking very high salary and very low to all other employees. There are not good travel allowance for sales people.

A non capable reporting manager is always dangerous for a front line sales person. My reporting manager was not in a position to understand wat problems I underwent during my tenure in Fujifilm sericol. His mantra for sales is offering less price then existing supplier to customer and zero customer rapport , zero technical knowledgeof narrow web is a big minus by him. Actually that person is fit for admin jobs not for the sales job. And management entertaining such people is bad for the company in long run...Read More
