WFH. I was in Bangalore Project. Myself & my boss were only there. So had the opportunity to WFH for yr when I was there.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

My boss Anitha Gopalan got me for a very low paypack, whereas the budget for higher paypack was there. Also Sumeet Soni in HO plays dirty politics & didn't even share loan application or share knowledge of method to calculate working capital.

Mr. Bhat only believes in chop & change. Even if project is for 2 yrs they offer u employment for 1 yr on;y & no transparency in terms of paypack. U bargain hard even for the same paypack.

FWWB's Bangalore office had work from home, so only good thing.

Dislikes

Use & throw policy by Bhat (CEO) & Dirty politics by sumit ensured none had any sense of belongingness to the org. Also Anitha Gopalan gave training task to Skill green who minted monthly lakhs of rupees without any result at the ground.
