Time management, because here I saw that food doesn't have a minimum preparation time which we have in restaurant coz we know our company give 12 min to prepare food but when 10 -20 orders come together the time then the time management schedule wouldn't be followed We just try make the food and dispatch quickly asap..but for the lack of time we can't be able to Take care of our food quality which is the main bullet point for repeat customers ........Read More
