Licious: ₹19.95L base + ₹1.05L bonus + ₹2L stocks (vested over 4 years) = Total ₹21.5L for the first year.
Franklin Templeton: ₹27L base + ₹1.45L PF + ₹2.7L variable = Total ~₹31L for the first year.
